Default Abandoned calls reporting from CMS

Hi everybody,

In your call center, would you like to have a system that would extract abandoned call records from CMS and report them on a web site? What if that system created a task in Outlook for every abandoned call, for agents to call customers back? Or would you like to have it integrated with salesforce.com, to create callback activities? Would you buy such system and what would be a reasonable price for it? Your opinions, please. Thanks in advance.
