Default Me too receive the "Ext. 0000 please wait" message

I have exactly the same issue, same Server, same SW release, any ideas ?

Just set up a Integrated messaging (IA770) over a S8300 (5.2.1), the messaging feature runs, but every call has been covered by the Messaging HG receives the following message:

Extension 0000 please wait
Transfer cannot be completed, try again later.

What did (we) miss ?

It's because the Caller Id isn't being carried forward. In an Intuity Audix world it has to do with the transfer type. Under Audix admin screen the command ( ch sys fea ), change the transfer type from Basic to ( enhanced-cover-0 ) or ( enhanced-no-cover-0 ).
