Default CM 5.2 integration with Genesys T Server

I have an issue with calls routing to Avaya 9650 phones via Genesys adjunct route command. There is no VDN name display on any calls.
Is there a system feature setting or timer adjustment on the Avaya side I should look at? or something on the AES or Genesys?
